1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by melbe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

melbe operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory authority for gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use melbe's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration. melbe strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming activities under Philippine law.

• Account Singularity: You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Identity Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. melbe reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) for identity verification purposes at any time.

Failure to meet any of these eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Account Creation

To access melbe's gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing the required personal information, creating a unique username and secure password, and agreeing to these Terms. During registration, you authorize melbe to verify your identity through third-party verification services and government databases to comply with PAGCOR regulations and AML requirements.

3.2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify melbe immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. melbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3. Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Colluding with other players or using automated betting systems or bots
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing melbe staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any melbe software

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1. Deposit Methods

melbe accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers, over-the-counter payments through authorized remittance centers (7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier), and other payment processors as specified on the Website. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (one hundred pesos), subject to change at melbe's discretion. Deposits are processed instantly for most electronic payment methods, while over-the-counter deposits may require manual verification and processing time. melbe does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond melbe's control.

4.3. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR regulations, melbe reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits exceeding PHP 50,000 (fifty thousand pesos) or multiple deposits that cumulatively exceed this threshold within a thirty (30) day period. You may be required to provide additional documentation verifying the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in deposit refusal, account suspension, or transaction reversal.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1. Withdrawal Processing

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, depending on the withdrawal method selected and completion of identity verification requirements. melbe reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending verification of identity, game integrity checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5.2. Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 (five hundred pesos). Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for deposits, unless that method is unavailable for withdrawals, in which case melbe will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. First-time withdrawals exceeding PHP 10,000 (ten thousand pesos) require completion of identity verification by submitting government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

5.3. Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted, unless expressly waived by melbe. This requirement exists to comply with AML regulations and prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer service. Bonus funds and promotional winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1. Bonus Eligibility

6.2. Bonus Abuse

melbe reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to abuse bonus offers, or any other conduct that melbe determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes abuse of promotional offers. Bonus abuse may also result in permanent account termination.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.2. Errors and Malfunctions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, melbe, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if melbe has been advised of the possibility of such damages. melbe's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless melbe, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property displayed on the melbe platform are owned by melbe or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on melbe's intellectual property without prior written consent.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact melbe's customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

13.2. Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Termination

melbe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any outstanding account balance may be forfeited if termination results from your breach of these Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while reflecting the original intent of the parties.
